About Us

Our Story

Glacier Collision Worx was born from a lifelong dream and passion for vehicle restorations held by owner Rick Crook. From his early days working while still in high school as an auto body tech and painter at a local body shop in Afton, Wyoming, to graduating and painting custom airplanes for an aircraft manufacturer, Rick’s love for collision repair and restorations has always been at the heart of his career.

In 2007, life and work brought Rick and his wife Leah to the Flathead Valley. In 2016, an industry downturn in the energy sector opened the opportunity for Rick to pursue his dream. He enrolled at WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming, with the goal of learning the latest collision repair and painting techniques. Rick graduated with top honors and even served as a student teacher, earning the nickname “Dad” of his class. In June of 2024, Rick was honored by WyoTech for his achievements in the collision industry and officially inducted into WyoTech’s Hall of Fame. You can read more about Rick’s journey on our Bio page.

Rick’s dream became a reality, and in 2021, Glacier Collision Worx officially opened its doors. Since then, Rick and Leah have grown GCW from a three-person operation to a team of over 10 full-time employees, establishing it as one of the Flathead Valley’s top collision repair shops. From day one, GCW has operated under the motto: “Doing what’s right for our customers.”

At Glacier Collision Worx, we focus on quality repairs with safety and integrity. Our 10,000+ square-foot shop, equipped with two paint booths, state-of-the-art modern equipment, and investment in continuous training for our technicians, allows us to handle virtually any collision repair job. We treat every customer like a member of our team and guide you through the repair process from start to finish. One of GCW’s founding purposes is to educate customers on the repair process and their consumer rights in Montana.

Needing collision repair isn’t the best day of anyone’s life, but at GCW, we are here to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible, restoring your vehicle safely and efficiently so you can get back on the road and back to your life.

Leroy Headshot

LeRoy “Lil Baby LeRoy” (LBL)

Shop Mascot & Ambassador of Joy
Biography

LeRoy joined Glacier Collision Worx at just 8 weeks old in 2022—a fluffy little ball of energy with a big personality—and quickly claimed his role as the official shop mascot and customer greeter. He is now fully grown and over 100lbs of slobber and love, known affectionately as “Lil Baby LeRoy” or “LBL,” he’s been stealing hearts ever since day one when he came home to GCW.

From the moment customers walk through the door, LeRoy makes it his mission to ensure everyone feels welcome—yes, even the self-proclaimed “non-dog people” find themselves won over by his charm. He’s a master of weaving in and out of legs, delivering toys with purpose, and demanding affection with his signature nub wag and soulful eyes. A true professional in the art of attention-seeking, LBL is a relentless promoter of playtime, and affectionate rubs.

LeRoy isn’t just the face of Glacier Collision Worx—he’s also a local celebrity. Many customers and vendors return just to say hi to him (and maybe sneak him a treat or a new toy). He knows exactly who keeps the best snacks and makes his rounds daily to ensure no hand (or pocket) goes unchecked.

His day isn’t complete until he’s received proper acknowledgment from each member of the GCW team. And when the excitement wears off, LeRoy settles into his next role: nap supervisor—complete with his unmistakable snoring soundtrack.

We love and adore Lil Baby LeRoy. His loyalty, hilarious antics, and unshakable dedication to boosting morale make him an irreplaceable part of the GCW family.

Jerry Bryer

Collision Technician
Biography

Jerry joined the Glacier Collision Worx family in 2021 and has been an invaluable part of the team ever since. Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Jerry is a lifelong gearhead. His love for cars—especially Corvettes, Camaros, and Cadillacs—runs deep, making him a natural fit for our shop. As a car enthusiast for over 40 years, he’s been a familiar face at local car shows, proudly showcasing his collection. His passion is more than a hobby—it’s a way of life.

With a lifetime of hands-on experience, Jerry’s expertise extends far beyond collision repair. He’s a skilled mechanic, machinist, and fabricator, bringing both precision and creativity to every project he touches. Whether it’s restoring a vintage ride or tackling a complex repair, Jerry’s knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail shine through.

Outside the shop, Jerry’s world revolves around family, his loyal dog Scoob, and his flourishing green thumb. He’s got a soft spot for Snoopy and the Peanuts gang, and around GCW, he’s just as well known for his genuine bear hugs and bright smile as he is for his mechanical know-how.

Jerry is more than a technician—he’s a cornerstone of the GCW team. We’re proud and grateful to have his heart, humor, and decades of wisdom helping us do what we do best at Glacier Collision Worx.

Kayden Jassman

Paint Prepper
Biography

Kayden became part of the Glacier Collision Worx family in 2023, starting as a detailer. It didn’t take long for his curiosity and drive to shine through—he quickly gravitated toward the paint department and jumped at the opportunity to learn the craft. Now serving as our dedicated paint prepper, Kayden is growing rapidly in his role and has become an essential member of the paint team.

With a great attitude, strong work ethic, and natural adaptability, Kayden has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, from prepping vehicles and priming panels to final buffing and detailing. He works side-by-side with our lead painter, learning the trade and even painting small parts and components himself. His willingness to step up and grow makes him a true asset to our team.

Beyond his skills, Kayden brings a contagious laugh and his signature glorious curly afro—something he proudly owns and brings with style every day. A passionate athlete and weightlifter, Kayden’s energy and dedication carry over from the gym to the shop floor.

He’s an integral piece of the GCW puzzle, and we’re excited to see how far he’ll go as he continues to expand his talents in the paint department. We’re proud to have Kayden on our team and grateful for his drive, humor, and commitment.

Kilee Stevens

Parts Manager
Biography

Kilee is a true Flathead Valley native, born and raised with a lifelong passion for motorsports. From the moment she could walk, she’s been in the shop or gripping the handlebars of a snowmobile, dirt bike, or just about anything with a motor. Her adrenaline-fueled enthusiasm spans all seasons—from snowmobiling in the winter to dirt biking and water sports in the summer—there’s rarely a moment when Kilee isn’t chasing adventure.

Kilee has been with us from day one. Before joining Glacier Collision Worx, Kilee built a solid foundation in parts management and customer service while working at several motorsport dealerships. Her experience, sharp organizational skills, and enthusiasm for the industry made her a perfect fit for our team. Since day one, she’s been a key part of our operation, keeping the parts department organized, efficient, and always one step ahead.

Outside the shop, Kilee is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys fishing, hunting, trap shooting, and anything else that gets her outside. She’s also brought along a special addition to the Glacier Collision Worx family—Billee, her fearless Munchkin cat. Whether he’s supervising the shop or joining Kilee on her outdoor adventures, Billee has become GCW’s unofficial mascot and most adventurous team member.

Kilee’s energy, attention to detail, and passion for the job make her an invaluable part of the GCW crew. We’re proud to have her leading the charge in parts—and lucky to have both her and Billi as part of our family.
